Work for Scrap n' Art!
Unlike traditional design team calls you may be familiar, with Scrap N' Art magazine is continually recruiting new talent. We are interested in paper and digital designers, writers, proofreaders and educators who are capable of using the internet as their teaching medium. Previous publication experience is not necessary, though it is always taken into consideration. Scrap n' Art extends one year artisan contracts which are renewable at the publication's discretion.
Please note that Scrap n' Art is unable to hire designers, writers, or editors at this time that reside outside the continental United States. We do however, encourage you to submit your artwork for publication so that when this policy changes we will be familiar with your portfolio.

Interested?
Paper designers should submit a resume and your 10 favorite projects. These should include a mix of cards, scrapbook pages of varying sizes, a mini album, and an altered art project.
Digital designers should submit a resume and your 6 favorite digital layouts.
Writers should submit a resume and a two-page sample of each of the following, centered on a paper crafting theme: technical writing, creative writing, a review and your autobiography.
Proofreaders should submit a copy of your resume which should include any information regarding an academic background in marketing, copy writing, proofreading, editing, or English. Proofreaders must also submit a one page autobiography and an example of a text ranging from 3 to 5 pages which they have personally written and edited regarding a scrapbooking topic of their choice.
Educators should submit a copy of your resume which should include any information regarding both scrapbooking and traditional teaching experience, your familiarity with computer software programs, the internet and video media. Educators must also submit 3 tutorials on their favorite paper crafting techniques or how to complete their favorite projects.
